With your permission, we count anonymous visits by broad country, page, referral source, device type, and time zone. This helps us understand our international parish and improve the information we provide.
We are not trying to identify you. Our analytics record contains no name, account, precise location, IP address, or advertising profile.

Why it helps
St. Paul's serves an international English-speaking community. Anonymous statistics help us understand that community, make important information easier to find, and improve the site for the devices people actually use.
Your choice
Analytics only begin after you allow them. You can say “No thanks” and continue using the entire public website. You can review or change your decision at any time through Privacy choices at the bottom of every page. Essential storage is used only for basic preferences, website security, and the private administration area.
Other information
The hosting provider may process ordinary technical and security logs needed to deliver and protect the website. Newsletter registration is handled by the linked Google Form, and email links open your own email provider.
Authorised parish administrators manage events, announcements, and announcement images. Admin sessions expire after eight hours. Anonymous analytics records are kept for no more than 13 months.
Parish Contacts
Administration users may maintain a separate public title, email address, and telephone number for the Parish Contacts directory. These public details are entered deliberately by the person and appear only after another authorised user enables their directory listing.
Login email addresses, usernames, permissions, and administrator status are never copied into the public directory. Removing a listing hides those public details without changing the person’s website access.
OCIA registrations
When you register for an OCIA class, we collect your name, email address, optional telephone number, and any note you choose to provide. We use this information only to reserve your place, administer the class, and contact you about your participation.
Only authorised parish administrators with registration permission can see these details. Registration data is retained for class administration and appropriate pastoral follow-up, and you may ask us to correct or delete it.
Pre-Cana registrations
When a couple registers for a Pre-Cana weekend, we collect both partners’ names and email addresses, optional telephone numbers, and the information they choose to provide about their wedding, parish, religious traditions, dietary or accessibility needs, and possible lodging interest. We use these details only to administer the weekend, communicate with the couple, and prepare appropriately for their participation.
Only authorised parish administrators with Pre-Cana registration permission can see these details. Registration records may be corrected or deleted on request. A lodging enquiry does not reserve a room and is handled separately by the Pre-Cana team.
Photos
Authorised parish administrators sometimes publish photographs in the parish gallery and with announcements. The public website does not accept photo uploads.
If you appear in a photograph, or see any image that makes you uncomfortable, and would prefer that it not be displayed, please contact the parish. Tell us which image concerns you and we will remove it promptly.
External links and images
Google Maps, Google Forms, Facebook, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. They receive information when you choose to open those services. A third-party image embedded in a parish notice is loaded only if you permit External media in Privacy choices.
